Reading this site, writing to us through it, or creating a portal account does not by itself make us your advocates. A lawyer–client relationship arises only when we have agreed to act for you and any conflict check and engagement formalities are complete.

Once you are a client and hold a portal account, the portal is the appropriate channel: messages and documents in it are held against your matter.
Portal accounts are issued by this office to clients. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what is done through your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has used it, and we will end the sessions on it.
You may upload only material relating to your own matter, and only in the document and image formats the portal accepts. We may suspend an account where it is being misused, or where the professional relationship has ended.
